Crime Spree (open)
Harley was loving this new life. Oh, she hadn’t at first. That whole thing about being bitten hadn’t been very fun at all. The only one allowed to nibble on her person was her Puddin’, and that was in a completely different context. Having some freak just walk up and chomp on her, not so great. And that had been before nightfall.
Changing had been rough. Not only because it was frightening and unknown, but she’d ripped right out of one of her harlequin outfits. She loved those! Though when she found a mirror and saw a hyena looking back at her with her liliripes dangling off one side of its head, she nearly fell over laughing. That first night, she’d left them on, which probably helped when Bud and Lou came to find out why they were hearing another hyena.
Once she got her babies calmed down, and sat down to think about it, Harley came to the conclusion that this wasn’t so bad after all. Well she came to that conclusion in the morning when she went back to being her lovely, bouncy, big-bosomed self. The second night, she was ready for the change. And she had a plan.
It was a plan she’d been implementing every night since, and she was having way too much fun with it. Because most security systems were designed to keep out humans. They had serious gaps when it came to the four footed. And while she might have a hyena body, she still had the brain of a henchwench extraordinaire. She’d taken the babies on a crime spree that thus far was netting her a good deal of loot.
Tonight’s target was a jewelry store with a lovely diamond necklace on display in the window. Harley wanted that necklace. It was big enough she could even wear it when she was a hyena. With a growled command, she sent Bud around the side, and Lou to the back entrance. Then she set to work getting herself in through the front door. With a wonderful lack of subtlety, she literally threw herself at the plate glass. That necklace was as good as hers.
