"Three, maybe more. Not sure what's going on. If they're here, more than likely so is she. Unless you know another whackjob with a penchant for these scavengers." The Bat's helmet came with lovely night vision; actually it was one of those things Zoe was starting to take for granted, how the vision would shift between night and day without her doing anything. She was a little concerned for Dinah, but the woman wouldn't take on a job that she didn't think she could do, right?
"We need to act. I'll go in the front, you take the side." The Bat was already moving before the Canary could sing. Gun at the ready. This wasn't the same Bat Harley had tussled with. This was a Bat that wouldn't mind killing and removing the problem permanently. But, the Bat didn't want to kill the animals, not yet. They may help find the other half a dangerous duo, one that hadn't exactly been all that active since the death of her...what did she call the man/monster?
The Bat paused at the store front, wondering how long before alarms went off or cops arrived. Either way, they had to deal with these strange animals before the "proper authority" arrived.
