I know this may sound strange, but could someone keep me company while Mum has... well, me? I'm worried about her, even though I'm pretty sure it will all turn out all right, given that I have surprise younger sisters. (Who are actually quite nice, and not as pesky as I'd feared.)
But the fact remains that I'm acting like Dad and pacing a hole into the living room floor. Someone, please distract me. |

Today would be my daughter's birthday. She was seven, when I left. She would be eightteen today.
Though she is not here, I think I shall celebrate her birthday. |

Dr Hadley? You gotta come quick.
My dad, he fell again. And I'm scared. He won't wake up. |

I'm off to London in search of a book.
Dearest, should you like to join me, I thought we might feed the ducks. |

I find the more speed I reach on the motorbike, the more it makes my hand vibrate.
Still, I deem it well worth the aggravation. |

Dani, Robbie, Grandpa John, Grandma Mary, Uncle Sam, Aunt Anne, all Mom and Daddy's friends -
Daddy called me, and Mom had the baby just fine, though Jesus Christ you're huge as a newborn, Robbie. She wanted me to post something to let everyone know she's all right, but they are going to keep her in the hospital til about Tuesday just for observation. Stitches down there are apparently touch and go.
I'm going to go thank God that I don't intend to do that to my girlybits. But yeah, anyone wanting to see Mom and Baby Robbie, you can probably see them Tuesday. |

I'm suddenly having cravings for Mexican food and garlic bread.
No, I'm not pregnant. |
