Tachin Hakhiou is a noble and diplomatic envoy for the Lynxan royal family. He’s been doing the diplomat thing since he was fourteen or so (first as an assistant, and then as one himself), so it’s entirely possible that he’s traveled through quite a few countries in Sabra and has at the very least visited their seats of government (when applicable). He is currently twenty-one. His general demeanor is pretty cool and distant and ultra-formal which I guess will make a difference in how easy he is to approach for acquaintance-hood. /o/

	Actually I was thinking with Rolo's backstory if the king knew Rolo was in Lepus he wouldn't send any diplomats there because that way lies stupidity and dead diplomats. 	Ari is currently Jace's student, so you may or may not know him, depending on how often you see Jace. (Ange (Tailmon) wanders the Lepus border, so you might have met her, at least in the context of 'saw a woman with a bow making sure the foreigners don't get eaten by spiders on the way to the capital'.) Quickly gained ranks to his extremely high combat ability and sharp intelligence. Generally very cold, arrogant and condescending, lacking empathy for most "lower" people. Lucei is the head medical/science person around the place! She basically used to be a mad scientist who did terrible experiments on people to try and make human soldiers for benefit of glorious Lynx, you know, the usual. But now she's reformed and helping out Nil with his plans!

So if your character has some kind of weird power or curse or something feel free to say they were kidnapped and experimented on by Lucei at some point! Or if they've visited Lynx's capital and are interested in biological sciency things or whatever.
