Anyone who saw you together could see that you'd become comfortable. You'd gotten used to him, and now, you wonder what it'd be like to be without him again. He's like a fucking cigarette. You don't realize how addicted you'll be until you make the mistake of taking that first drag. Then it's over. One drag leads to two, then three, and before you know it, you're dependent for life. Watching him bleed his own life out onto the concrete, you wonder why you ever wanted to break that addiction...because right now, you'd give anything for one last high. |

When Ted came out of his meeting, Blake was waiting with a cup of coffee. He handed it over with a kiss then took Ted’s hand as they walked home. Blake didn’t ask about the meeting or how Ted felt. Instead, he joked about Lupe’s latest escape attempt and suggested a movie for Saturday night.
Once they were home, Blake headed for the kitchen, but Ted stopped him. There was so much he needed to say, explanations and apologies, but nothing came out.
Blake shook his head and squeezed Ted’s hand, “When you’re ready.” Ted had never felt more loved. |

In all his years of knowing Brian, Justin had never seen him so much as acknowledge that Valentine's Day existed, aside from the occasional snide comment about the commercialism and sickening sweetness of the 'hetero holiday of the year.' Really, Justin had never expected any different...it was Brian. The first February fourteenth Justin spent in New York, he'd received an 'anonymous' delivery of flowers. No card. Not even a phone call. And later, when he asked Brian about them, the brunette denied all charges. And if the flowers had been anything but golden gardenias, Justin would have believed him. |

It was a blow-out this week :) Blake received 0 condoms and Justin is the big winner with 4 condoms!
 
In honor of Valentine's Day, the new prompt is "Love Is In The Air".  and there is no challenger. It's going to be a "couples only" challenge so be sure and award your condoms to your favorite couple.
Your drabbles can be about love or Valentine's Day or flowers or anything else you can think of.
