Nefarious plans from Wolfram and Hart aside, life in the city of Los Angeles went on as ever. Faith was exceptionally grateful that Tenel Ka and the others had kept the patrols going in her absence, had kept the city as safe as it could be. There was still paperwork and other such fun things to deal with, not to mention tidying up after a British Watcher Sam, but at least Faith wasn't dealing with the irrational guilt of abandoning her duty for those two weeks. Two weeks where she had thought herself an innocent and ordinary housewife.
Way too weird.
But she was back and that meant getting back into the swing of things, and dealing with being one of the leaders again. She felt the need for a catch up, and knew Nathan did too. And given that caffeine was always a requirement for any such conversation, she poured a couple of large mugs of the Petrelli strength coffee before carrying them into Nathan's office, otherwise known as the one with the comfy sofa.
"Here," she handed him his coffee with a smile before she curled herself into one corner of the sofa, balancing her own mug between her hands and enjoying the warmth.
"How are you? Really I mean."
