Summary: Freyra calls Hephaestus to rescue her from the den of boorish jerks that is Starbucks. He obliges, not terribly surprised to find the D.C. headquartered elf in Miami. While driving to one of Miami's scenic locations, Hephaestus and Freyra work together to solve some of their respective problems. With plans in place, they are able to enjoy a tasteful walk in the pleasant Miami weather.

( Maybe Loki suddenly dissolved into a spray of unaffiliated particles. Maybe he tripped into an alternate universe on his way to the bathroom. Maybe the Large Hadron Collider created a localized black hole in this room and it crushed Loki into a singularity. )

Summary: Freyra and Hephaestus investigate the mystery of Loki's disapperance. After getting nowhere fast for a while, they follow the clues to a very unexpected conclusion.

Summary:What starts out as an innocent, jealousy-fueled bout between Teddy and Natal turns into a cruel, hate-fueld battle between Herakles and Atlas. Alana is caught in the middle, which is appropriate as the whole thing is her fault, anyway.

( For a second, Hephaestus wished that he had a sister like Freyra. Then he remembered that he did, except the knives his sisters used were not so easy to see. )

Summary: Freyra comes to save Hephaestus from Freyr. While she's there, Hephaestus decides to ask for her help trying to glean information from the ruins of the Egyptians' machinations. They find some disturbing clues, but decide to put off thinking about them so they can go pay Val a visit.

Summary: Hephaestus decides that someone should finally go back and see what happened after the disastrous battle with the Egyptians. It's all going relatively well until Freyr shows up full of Warrior's Madness. Hephaestus then decides it's time to let his fingers do the walking.

Summary: Hephaestus meets wth Freyra in an effort to get to know the Aesir (and their impressive compound) better. Freyra helps Hephaestus crystallize some plans he had been working on, while Hephaestus helps Freyra work through a snag in her security upgrades. Is it any surprise that Hephaestus' most susccessful collaboration with another former deity happened with someone outside his family? No.
