HI GUYS!! Jill here with a third character because I am masochistic!!

John is a loner, a pretty dark and angry fella whose bad feelings tend to make him reckless and fearless. He's never lived in the safehouses, preferring to travel around on his own. He collects classic weapons, his favorites being a hewing axe and a Blunderbuss, and can sometimes be found stalking into groups of shufflers and going off on them. He's immune, or he would have been a goner a hundred times over before now. He's been traveling in the vicinity of Sing Sing lately, has noticed some activity in the area, and is about to come investigate on his way out of town...

There's a smidge of a plan for Rodeo to find him, engage in an epic fight, and then lock him up tight in one of Sing Sing's cells as the first non-safehouse-oriented prisoner.

Soo.... HIT ME! <3

"I'd smack myself in the head if I could."

Hi guys! Bobby here, bringing in Charlene Avery, a reformed spoiled brat who just recently decided she didn't care if she died fighting.

Harley, as the members of her family would call her, grew up in a world where literally everything she wants can be purchased. She's also very attached to her family, but she turned out to be the only immune among them. She was straightforward, now she'd rather shut her trap except when the question is directly addressed to her. She had been jumping from camp to camp, not setting roots in any of it. Maybe this time she'll find a reason to stay at Sing Sing Correctional Institute. She will only answer to Charlene. Any mention of her nickname would bring back memories of her family, and you can expect her to storm out of the vicinity when that happens.

Charlene has trust issues. She found a safe haven with another caring family after she discovered she was immune, only to have them slaughtered by the same freaks of nature who killed her parents and siblings (and supposedly Charlene, too). Since then, she doesn't bother to 'befriend' people anymore. She prefers a handgun or any gun, for that matter, but had to settle for a bow and arrow, a remnant from her last home. She's surprisingly good at it.

Click the journal to know more about Charlene, and to contact me! I'd love to plot with all of you! ♥

Government attack plot post.

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Tomorrow or the day after, I'll be putting up the government attack group scene (I'll be forward-dating it to the 29th). So, some questions:

- Do we want separate posts for Rae and Rory getting snagged or do we want to thread that in the main group post?
- Liberty just installed an intercom system, which Evan will be utilizing to call for help. Who will be the first responders when he asks for help fending government folks off at the gate?
- Is there anything else you guys want to ask about the post? Lucy and I will do our best to answer questions here.

Consider this the plot post for the attack. Anyone who wants something specific to happen, here's the place to ask about it!

A Wild Player Emerges!

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Greetings everyone, my name is Ari and I'm brand spanking new to this game (but not RPing).

This here is Taisce (pronounced Tash-ka, it's Irish) Moore, she's a former Army brat, turned Army enlisted. Got out of the Army before they became guard dogs for the safehouses and she worked as a receptionist until ZOMBIES! She's been in NYC since her discharge from the Army, so she's familiar with the area, and has made her way to Sing Sing.

She's not a government spy or anything like that, so your characters need not worry.

She's pretty easy going when it comes to people. Blunt, brash, honest. She got out a Sergeant, and she retains that mindset even if she doesn't keep the rank and paygrade.

Her profile's over here if you need/want to know more.

But yes, I know nobody here, and due to a lovely sinus infection of DOOM AND GLOOM my brain is over-complicating everything for me right now. But hi. I'm happy to be here. If you want to plot with Taisce, lemme know! :D I'm also around the rest of the day, and have tomorrow off so I'll most likely be BORED OUT OF MY MIND while combating my allergies. \o/

I just want to apologize for my slowness this past week! The two weeks leading up to Memorial Day are probably the busiest of the year for the salon that I work at, so things have been nuts and super hectic! I'll probably be a little spotty until after this weekend, I'm sorry to everyone who I owe tags to for the lag on my end! Love you bbs <3

MY TURN.

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Hello everyone! Lizi here! And it's my turn to introduce a new character!

This, my dears, is Libby Daniels. She's 26 and as far as anyone knows, she's a former world-traveling daughter of a computer programmer.

However, that's not exactly true.

No one knows this, but Libby's real name is Isabela Beckett, and she is the daughter of New York's state senator. She's not your average government girl, though. She doesn't believe in her father's "subjugate the survivors" ideals, and she always liked to mingle with people in the safehouses. When the concept of the rebellion came up, she was inherently intrigued, but she couldn't really break free in time to get away with everyone else.

During the Grand Central fire, her father was around, monitoring the safehouses and trying to keep tabs on whoever was left behind. There, he happened to see a couple of the people who were "supposed to be dead," and he sent a couple of his people back to Sing Sing with the returning crew to monitor the situation. Libby insisted that she go along (for her own reasons, not for her father's), and she's currently playing double-agent, secretly trying to help the rebellion along while catering to enough of her father's whims for him not to get suspicious.

She's going to be sort of instrumental in getting the mothers into one place for the upcoming government raid on Sing Sing, but she's not without her reasons...

SO! Feed me plot, folks. C'mon. IDEAS AND GO.

Long story short: I've been working on this character since March-ish. :|

Aaaand I hate intros, so prepare for sentence fragments!

But yes, Lucy here, with my third (technically fourth, if Allie comes back) character, Helena Hernandez. She'll answer to just about any form of her name (Hel, Hernandez, maybe even Hellie).

She comes off as surly, but is actually quite friendly. Hails from Connecticut. Was enlisted as a guard at Castle Clinton not because she worked for the military, but because she used to be a lifeguard and Castle Clinton was the safehouse that had the least amount of actual military guards. She caught whisperings of the rebellion when the Stones came to train people, but didn't offer her services because she figured they wouldn't trust anyone who was a guard. She went off on her own for a while, leaving NYC and settling in Sleepy Hollow for a bit. When the Grand Central thing went down, she took notice of all the transport vehicles going back and forth and tracked the rebellion to Sing Sing.

THAT being said, she's a new arrival at Sing Sing. Arrived a couple days after the group came back from Grand Central. People who visited Castle Clinton might recognize her as having been a guard, so that could possibly add some tension later on when the government people come for the pregnant ladies?

Ummm, I think that's all the important stuff I need to mention. XD

PLOTTY POST OF PLOTTINESS!

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
So, I'm thinking as far as the government raid goes, we can put it on the 28th or the 29th? And Kelly, if it's cool with you, maybe Rory (+AJ) and Rae are the only ones who get nabbed, because they manage to get the other mothers evacuated in time or something? I'm thinking there's either an NPC guarding the room they're all in and they manage to warn the girls, or the girls see NPC!person get knocked out and are like "shit, must protect everyone else!"

And everyone else involved in the rescue: I'm thinking somewhere between the 5th and the 8th? Evan would research doubly hard to form up a rescue squad... but maybe people could rush him to help build up to his breakdown? He'll be pulling several all-nighters to prepare.

CALL THIS A GENERAL IDEA/PLOT POST FOR THE GOVERNMENT RAID/REBELLION RAID PLOTS. AND... GO.
