My apologies for the long silence. Having some kind of flu-thing that officially is nothing more than a running nose can be very annoying... and other things. Just my luck that I even got it.

Anyway, I'm back and hope to not be away again for a long time.

So when Hellspawn told me - 'you get room 204' - I thought, well, that doesn't sound too bad. Never was one for dorm rooms and communal showers (btw Niflheimers, apologies in advance if the shower drain clogs up with my hair), but I should be able to handle it.

...Until I found out room 204 is a swamp.

He's here to hang up his Turk jacket, put on his labcoat, and exercise all the wisdom from his nonexistent degree in Psychiatry to try and help certain people through their deep-seated emotional problems (you know who you are, you filthy enablers you). He doesn't bite, though he is somewhat airstrike-happy, which should be no problem here unless he gets access to a helicopter... (any chance of that happening, eh mods? Eh?) In any case if you do piss him off, try and placate him with sugar! He has some unnatural love for sweet things, and a good box of chocolate impregnated with alcohol should soothe over almost any disagreement (hey L, I see you thar. Let's have a teaparty with lamingtons and lemon squares sometime, okay)!

I'm new to Insanejournal, and this is my first panfandom RP...so I'm really frightened eager to meet you all, and please please please feel free to poke Tseng's :| face anytime for plotting etc! (And contrary to his icon he IS quite capable of jumping to kinky conclusions, but we'll see if the game allows it).

I'm having some kind of flu/migraine thing which leaves me with sledgehammers in my brain and bones that feel like jelly.

I'll be really active again when my head stops hurting so much.

For the next week, I'll be on a trip with my family and fiance. Theory has it that the resort we're staying in has internet, but I don't believe such things until I see them working. So we shall see. I'll also be relatively busy, but if I do have internet, I'll respond to things when I can. Not posting an official hiatus, since it might not affect me too much, but figured I'd give you guys a heads-up.

[edit]Also, forgot to mention, after this trip comes another trip that goes through the 20th, and I really have no idea what the internet situation is even supposed to look like, so if I completely disappear for a handful of days, that'll be why.

Okay, so I'm not dead, though I wouldn't blame people for thinking that.

Uni has been busy guys, and the final year, well, a lot of work to do, but I am settling down. In fact I was just planning to let everyone know I would be posting again and catching up...

Only for disaster to strike: No internet or email access.

Virgin Media has a fault in their systems so all broadband in my area is not working. This has been going on for a while now, and I was trying to be patient and wait for it to come back, but no, it hasn't, and they don't seem to have a clue as to how long it will take to fix, it's a mass problem apparently. So, I am currently on a local library computer at the moment. I can come here to get online on occassion I suppose and I can hopefully get some time in the reading room on uni campus, but because I commute, my time will be spodratic at the least, and I don't want to leave anyone hanging more than I already have. Apparently my timing really sucks. 

So, indefinite hiatus until the issue is resolved, I will let you all know as soon as I have working internet at home again! Forgive me guys, I miss you all and hope to catch up soon. <3

L has been wandering around emptiness a lot, hasn’t returned to Asgard in a couple days, and considering how thorough he is in his investigations I am sure he has been crawling around in less then pleasant smelling places. He’ll probably wander into a house to try to get his clothes clean and shower at some point so if your character sees him and wishes to follow, they will have the misfortune of encountering a naked detective doing laundry (save for some boxer briefs).

As a bonus, your character will get a chance to learn one of L’s secrets; he is not as scrawny and sickly looking under his clothes as he makes himself seem. He actually has a little bit of muscle on him.

Anyone up for threading this?

Alright, going to be without internet access starting tomorrow and going until Monday. Then I'll be back at CU poking anthills with sticks. Lord, this muse gets into trouble...... *innocent whistle*

I just wanted to let you know that once my mum is out of the hospital I will be able to play here again. That would be... next week, if the doctors are willing and allow her out.

You can't imagine how much I miss CU at the moment.

Soooooo I definitely should have posted this earlier, especially considering how much Rufus is up to right now (/headdesk) but I have a tendency to keep RL and RP in two separate parts of my brain and not think about how one relates to the other... except when they collide. Which is what they are right now ^^;;

So, I'm going back to France. Like, tomorrow. The 8th. I'll still have internet access while I'm over there, but I'll be in a completely different time zone (6 hours ahead of where I'm at now) and I'll be starting school— meaning I won't be on at the same times, and I won't be on as much. (Considering I've totally been spamming this place while I waited to get my visa, this may be a nice breath of fresh air!)

The next few days are probably going to be very busy, so I may not have a chance to really be here at all. If that's the case, y'all can assume that Rufus is in his room using the Peng Eye to scope the world out... and just generally hiding from his life, since the last day he spent outside sucked royally.

Niflheim has a new character, her name is Zoe Lothar. She's a fae, a powerful illusionist, and has skill with the double bladed staff. Her personality is abrasive to many, seeing as she's quite bossy and demanding. She joined, or to be correct, wanted to join the Niflheim for purposes of revenge. So please add me to your friends list, and you can all thank Yako for inviting me ;)

So! A little while ago, I set out to make a gift for our dear new mods...which I was unable to upload because my scanner died. Luckily, the stars snapped back into alignment this week, and my friend was able to scan it for me.

Niflheim is getting another character on their side. A demon named Belphegor (Baal Peor) aka Belle Montague.

Original character based off of an assortment of myths, and coming from the same world as Flauros as Rachel. The main thing to know about Belle is that she's a narcoleptic demon. She will drop as if dead at any given point, time, and place. She loves to explore, so chances are...your character might find her asleep, only I know where.

She is emotionally unstable, and her priorities can be skewed.

As far as abilities go; she can turn water into blood, make people sick, typical abilities of the angels (super strength, speed, agility). And her favored weapon is the staff.

So, yes, do add sleep_likedeath to your f-lists.

PS: Yes, she does bear a striking resemblance to another character that was once here. ;)

Aside from not being allowed to move because of some bone in her spine that's not moving how these things are made to move she is alright. From what I could hear on the phone she is clear in the head, seems like there is no brain damage. Even though she cannot remember what happened yesterday evening.

Anyway, I'll bring her some clothes and other stuff to the hospital this afternoon. Can you imagine that is the only bus leaving this hellhole of village on a Saturday?
