lj_changelog is a syndicated feed from LiveJournal.com that lists any changes made to the LJ codebase, which this site uses. InsaneJournal is updated from these changes every week or two, which will be announced in changelog.
paidmembers is where paid member topics will be discussed.
codetesting is where you can help test out the code updates on the test server. *Currently in need of testers!*
ij_art is where visual (mood theme, etc.) topics will be discussed. *Currently in need of images!*
suggestions is where you may post about anything to make the site better.
howto is where you will find certain tutorials on customizing your journal.
ij_translation is where you can help with the translation system.
asylum_promo is where you can promote your asylum.
asylum_quest is where you can ask to see if there are any specific asylums you'd like to join.
ij_communities is where InsaneJournal community topics will be discussed.
ij_dev is where InsaneJournal specific development topics will be discussed.
ij_syndication is where syndication topics will be discussed.
syn_promo is where you can promote syndicated feeds.
ij_clients is where client topics will be discussed.
ij_style is where system style topics will be discussed. *Currently in need of styles!*
ij_biz is where InsaneJournal business topics will be discussed.
newbies is where new users can interact.

support is where important information will be posted to help you better answer requests.
helpscreening is where you may ask why your Screened Answers weren't approved and get feedback on improving them.
support_lounge is where volunteers can post about anything, Support-relative or not.
ij_userdoc is where you can help out with the FAQs and any guides/pages on the site.
ij_abuse is where abuse topics will be discussed.
ij_admins is where administrative topics will be discussed.
