Adrian was enjoying himself during this switch. His mind and body were on vacation from the spirit and he hoped that Neal wasn't having a bad time of it in his body. The effects weren't so bad in the short term, but the long term was what he probably should have been worried about once he did get back into his own body. Neal didn't know how to control it yet, so he was probably using more than he realized. Whatever. Adrian was enjoying himself and lounging out in the sun, he didn't care if the days were cold and cloudy, and sipping on not so good bottles of wine. The body he was in wasn't so bad either.
When Jill asked to meet him, he didn't much hesitate. She was on a spirit vacation too so it was probably good for her on top of enjoying Eric's super viking vampire abilities. He waited until the sun went down and slipped out when he was sure he wasn't on anyone else's radar. The sentries were less in number since the switch, so the ones that were left were pulling extra shifts. Bad for killing zombies but easy to get out undetected. Belikov and Rose were distracted with their own swap issues.
Out in the woods, Adrian walked slowly once he was away from the prison. He didn't want to come up on any zombies or whatever else might be out there, but his sight wasn't as good as it used to be either. The darkness looked pitch black to him without many stars or the moon to keep the sky lit up. He kept walking a bit and then suddenly felt himself pulled back. A large hand went over his mouth and he nearly started to fight back when he heard the voice. Not Jill but he knew that playful tone anywhere.
She let him go and he turned around, smirking at her. "Well, look at you, vampire extraordinaire." Adrian himself was a Disney prince and he only hoped Neal was having as good of a time as he was in his body.
"Do you make a habit of kidnapping innocent humans in the middle of the dark woods?"
