"You too," Adrian said and to his credit kept the smirk off of his face. Jill should be proud of him. He'd noticed a few things on the boards and the way he carried himself and hey maybe if Adrian wasn't Moroi this would have been him in a century or ten. The guy didn't give a fuck and did what he wanted. He had to respect that way of thinking.
"I've been here for a few months, Jill and her sister and the little one next to her have been here a few weeks." He nodded over to where Lissa and Christian were standing. They seemed to be enjoying the party along with the rest of the group that had arrived. Ten points to the Cullen house.
"As for the dramatics, ah well. They show up every once in a while. You seem to just be the new target." Usually it involved a vampire, but it changed on a dime. Merle had left and while the guy annoyed the hell out of Adrian, he didn't know what would happen now that he'd left. His brother was worried and Adrian got that. He knew what it was like to be separated from someone you had no idea if they were dead or alive. Adrian chose to believe Castile, Angeline, and Sage were alive.
