They had imagined this time, this exact moment for months. Ever since it was clear what had happened to Allison, they had planned for this. Going in circles with ideas that would stick. Ideas that would make it so he could never hurt anyone again. Allison was the only girl he had ever loved. He remembered the first time he heard her, then saw her and he knew that she was all he'd ever need.
Even after all of this time, the same still held true after everything they had been through. He never wanted to see her in pain, or upset, or angry and what Kol did to her, he felt completely useless. He was an original vampire. Scott knew that he could bite him because his bite was lethal to vampires, but even then his brother would cure him. It really wasn't fair.
Scott spent the morning going over everything with Allison again and talking to her about this, about it all just showed how much they had grown, how tight they were and how set they were. He didn't think that Allison would willingly start with a vampire, not with someone like Kol and even if they had broken up, it just wasn't her. Learning what he did though made him sick and he knew that he should have tried harder to keep her but he didn't. Because he knew in the end that they would be together. And all he wanted was for her to be happy. It was a big mistake though.
Her weapons were all over her, he had watched her with wide eyes as she strapped herself down and he just smirked when they shared a look. He loved her like this. He loved her any way she was, but this ... it was different and he shouldn't like it so much, but he so did. She was so hot. He remembered kissing her then, right before they left. Right before they really said their goodbyes and they left the prison behind for good.
And now she was kissing him, telling him that she loved him. He kissed her face and then her lips. "I love you." They didn't have much time and whatever softness he had felt for just a split second was taken over once again by complete anger that he had for this vampire. There were a few vampires that he didn't mind. Caroline was one that he had liked.
But Kol was nothing like Caroline and even though he had played back and forth on this for awhile, with killing and revenge and liking it, he knew that it had to be done. Because he repeatedly hurt people. He wasn't going to change. He was over a thousand years old. He was like set in his ways, there was no redemption at that point. Scott wanted to believe there was, but not for him. Not for Kol.
Scott looked through the window and saw the girl tied to a chair as Kol circled her. He hid from view and walked to the back, finding a door and with a solid twist, the knob popped off and he pushed the door open, sneaking inside. But the truth was, he would have to be quick, because he knew that in like ten seconds, Allison would be distracting him with the flashbolts. 8, 7, 6... He sounded off the numbers in his head as he quickly moved down the hall and into the front room. 4, 3, 2 -
In full view, his eyes shining alpha red, teeth bared, Scott knocked Kol back. All he needed was a spot of skin and Scott didn't hesitate. He couldn't. He bit down hard and deep then shoved him off, grabbing the girl and the chair. Scott pushed them through and out the front door once Allison came through.
Quickly, Scott broke the rope as the girl sobbed lightly, trying to catch her breath. "Are you okay?" He asked, his face clearly in wolf form and she was scared. "You'll be okay now."
He couldn't stay though and he looked back at the cabin. The bright lights he could see flashing through the windows, lighting the place up and Scott looked back at the girl and told her to go. She scrambled away and she was bleeding a little bit on her arm and neck, but she was okay.
Scott got back up and went inside, looking for Allison.
