Loki honestly wouldn't have been surprised if Banner had not agreed to come. Times were dangerous, after all, and most would consider Loki dangerous as well. Truthfully, Loki was dangerous. He'd proven that time and again, even when he tried to be good. Loki sometimes wondered if he was able to truly be good, but that was neither here nor there.
Loki had actually taken a seat on a rock while he waited for for Banner to appear. "Yes, I am sure that you are working with the others in an effort to find a cure." Loki was actually trying to research for a possible way for a magical cure to help, but so far he was finding less than nothing. He hated that this realm lacked in magical research even when it was in working order, much less now.
"I apologize for making you come out here like this, but I wanted to say this in person," Loki said, standing up to his full height. While he was a runt of a Frost Giant, he was still over six feet tall. "Thank you for...for helping me understand that what I was doing before was wrong." He was used to people simply attacking him when they were irritated with him. Someone taking the time to actually explain why what he was doing was truly wrong was...something that hadn't happened in a long time while he was truly sane.
