Alex wasn't exactly hating living in a prison. Which was crazy because she had hated when she was an actual inmate. Neal had managed to tough it out until he ran off with brunette number whatever. He seriously had a type. This one looked more like her than Kate. Just younger. Than Kate. Which was saying something.
They'd powwowed. Caught up, traded stories, and managed that ex-lovers/friends thing that they had mastered over the years. Moz was even taking to the place so things were okay. Except Shannon still wanted to go, and Neal planned to leave with her. Suit and Mrs. Suit were not down with that, and Alex wasn't sure how to feel. She was more lone wolf than anything, yet in times like this, having a make shift family wasn't a bad thing. So for now she would leave it to the adults to sort out. Mozzie would listen in and give her the details.
She spent time checking the prison and the grounds out. Always have an exit plan or ten. That was her motto. Nothing of major value caught her eye, and she wasn't really looking to rob from a bunch of survivors either. But she had to case the joint. It's what she did.
The hot showers were something amazing too. Shaving her legs and having shiny bouncy hair were small comforts that she had missed on some of the journey from Canada to Everett. She felt like herself again and that was probably why she kept on casing the place. All the way to the garage. There was some sweet rides, but one motorcycle in particular caught her eye. No one seemed to be around so she hopped on and enjoyed the feel of the seat between her thighs.
One could almost forget zombies were out there wanting to kill you when you were on top of a machine of this quality.
