Rogue snapped her fingers and nodded. "That's it, that's where I've seen you before." She'd gone to the ballet a few times with some of the girls from Xavier's school when they'd had time to spare. Cam had been one of her favorite dancers as she was one of the more noticeably graceful girls on stage. "I'm Rogue, it's nice to meet you and see that you made it out safely." It was more than she could say for some of the younger mutants she'd known.
She shook Cameron's hand with well practiced movements and grinned at the question. "Yeah, strange combination, right?" She looked down at the gloves and flexed her fingers. "It's necessary but I think I pull off the look well enough." She wasn't going to hide her abilities from the prison. They deserved to know that she was a walking hazard to their health so that if for whatever reason she grew careless and distracted, they knew to stay away from her skin.
"It's my mutation. I can't touch people without hurting them hence the gloves. The tank top leaves enough skin bared for quick use in case of an emergency," she explained while stealing herself for the fear that usually always followed the revelation.
