Rogue hated having to wait for Sam and Molly to distract this thing but she needed it if she didn't want its gaping maw to bite off her hands. Her coat was quickly tossed behind her, leaving her in her tank top so her arms were bared. "Perfect!" Rogue ran up behind the Leviathan and without a second thought, she threw her arms around his neck and pressed her body up against his back. For a moment, the heavy feeling of fear and dread sank in when her touch did nothing but it soon faded away when the familiar sensation of energy flowing into her body through her skin took over. The thing stopped thrashing in her arms, its veins bulging as she held on but Rogue's attention was elsewhere.
She had never felt power like the one her body was taking in nor had she ever wanted to hold on this long to anyone or anything. It was a heady feeling, a rush she didn't want to let go of but with its power came hunger. She was suddenly aware of a delicious smell and Rogue's gaze locked onto Molly and Sam. It came from them and it would have been so easy to drop the Leviathan and... With a disgusted gasp, she let go of the thing and stared down at her hands as if she had never seen them before.
