Okay, that didn't make sense, but it was already out of her mouth and she didn't bother retrieving it. It wouldn't make a difference. She had a feeling that Dean knew just as well as she did how damn awkward this whole situation was, she didn't have to bring any attention to it by stammering or making stupid apologies.
She did sigh under her breath, though, as a small smile played on her lips. "You ready for the raid? I saw Faith's post about those...things out there. I hope you're packing enough shit to protect yourself."
Because, no matter what was going on between them, she did care for Dean and didn't want to see him hurt. Robin still had no idea what in the hell had happened between them for this to be happening, but she had no idea where to even begin to figure it out.
"I'm...going out for a smoke, in case you want one." She waved her cigarette pack, which was already half gone and scrunched up from it being in her pockets during her shifts. Also from the stress lately, but hey who was counting.
