That was a lot to take in. Gunn had mad respect for Faith and was disappointed to learn she had just given up on them. He knew she had a record but hell, so did he. He was never arrested for murder but there was still blood on Gunn's hands.
"Damn," he said after a long moment. He took a beat to gather his thoughts.
As they headed into the woods Gunn flipped on his flashlight since not all of them had vampire vision. Gunn trusted Angel that was true but he would like to see if there was a a zombie coming at him. He had his ax clutched tightly in one hand but he also had a shotgun strapped to his back. He was ready to go to war at a moment's notice.
"So what happens if time runs out? We got a plan for that?" He had to ask it since it was the best case scenario. They were still going to have to deal with her one way or another which meant there had to be a way to kill her. Gunn didn't know much about magic, hardly trusted it but understood it was a necessary part of the world they lived in.
If they didn't have a plan, and Gunn suspected that they didn't he thought they should probably start thinking about it. Gunn was all about the thinking ahead these days. Thinking into the future. How did you kill a pissed off hell god who had no hell to go back to?
