He listened intently as she stated clearly she didn't want to go back. There was something in her eyes, more so than the tone, that made him realize she was being dead serious. Whatever she left from the other place was apparently worse than living among zombies and a Hell God. So much for life on other planets being freedom from the trials and tribulations of Earth.
