She knew she was going to regret making the move for the gun, but Emily couldn't just do nothing and wait for him to decide if he was going to test out that knife on her. He dragged her through the hall and she was tossed hard onto the bed. Her head was beginning to pound from both being slammed into the wall and the death grip he'd had on her hair.
Staring up into his dark, cold eyes Emily felt true fear start to take over. There was a real possibility she wasn't going to get out of here alive. She wanted to scramble away from him but she was flipped over on her back and her arms painfully pulled behind her back. The sound of the duct tape sent a panic through her and she struggled against him.
"I'm not lying to you!" She said desperately. "I told you I didn't know anything and it's the truth! Please, I'll try to talk to Faith for you, but you keeping me here isn't going to help you get Rebekah back."
Emily thought about screaming for help, but he wouldn't have taken her somewhere that could be easily found or she'd be detected. By now she understood that this probably wasn't his first time doing this or he'd been planning it for a while. Whatever it was, he'd succeeded in scaring her.
The duct tape held her arms together fast and no matter how much struggling she did, the tape felt like it was ripping at her skin and becoming tighter. "We can forget this ever happened, but please let me go."
