hi loves! this is narcissa black malfoy, former slytherin and de wife extraordinaire~ (or at least she likes to think so). we are still without a lucius (😭😭😭) so a few things are bound to change slightly once we get one, but for now I have that they've been married for about a year, but courted before and are the potentially rare pureblooded couple who actually wanted to get married and weren't just an arrangement. narcissa was raised with strict pureblood ideals, and while she supports the purist cause now, she believes in it more because of her family than any real heartfelt feeling of dedication. more than anything her family is number one to her, she's willing to do anything to support them, though for her that always means something more along the lines of throwing a party, hosting a dinner/tea, chatting someone up at a gala or generally providing an alibi, because torture and the like makes her queasy. i like to think of her as the gretchen weiners of the de mean girls clique, she knows something about everyone but is pretty harmless deep down. she's primarily a socialite and professional hostess but also volunteers at st. mungo's as something sort of akin to a candy striper, visiting patients to wish them well but also mainly learning whatever she can about people there.
