Happy birthday! I seem to remember you not liking to make a big fuss about it, but as far as I'm concerned every birthday is significant, and I owe you about five years' worth of well-wishes. I hope it's lovely, and that we see each other soon.
Also, I can't claim to have made this cupcake myself. It's from a great bakery a few streets over from my flat. My skill aren't quite that advanced yet, but it seemed like you might enjoy it.
