What: Penny and Ainsleigh are having girltime, and get an unexpected visitor. Antics ensue.

It was not usual for Orsino to just show up at other people's homes unannounced or otherwise unexpected. Given that Donaghan had done the very same to him only last week made him feel even more strangely about it than usual. The fact remained, however, that he'd been dreadfully bored this Saturday. He'd brought Seven out with him on an errand or two, including to pick up lunch, but when he'd gotten back to his flat he was still feeling antsy and restless. Maybe he was beginning to feel the fact that they hadn't toured in a while. In any case, and though it didn't happen often, Orsino didn't feel like holing up in his flat for the rest of the day with one of his projects.

The idea of maybe going over to Penny's and seeing what she was up to occurred to him. It seemed unlikely that she was as bored as he was, as she always seemed to be doing something. Before he had time to change his mind and think that it was probably rather rude and not very like him anyway, he'd apparated to the proper spot and walked the short distance to the front door. Rolling his eyes at how stupid this was, he reached forward and knocked twice.

Leigh got random times off of work, sometimes they weren't even full days off. Sometimes it just seemed like off hours. She really didn't mind, but it did make a full Saturday off a strange occurrence. So she'd made the decision to see some friends.

After lunch, she and Penny had returned to Penny and Oliver's flat for some girl time and chatting. Leigh wasn't entirely sure where Oliver had gotten off to, but she was fairly sure it had something to do with Quidditch which meant she wouldn't see her other friend on her day off. Since Oliver and Quidditch meant he might not be heard from in over a week.

So Penny had excused herself to use the rest room, and Leigh had made herself busy looking at some pictures on the wall when she heard a knock on the door. She set the glass she had in her hand down and went to answer the door. Jaw dropping slightly when she was one of her bosses there.

"Oh sweet Merlin, please tell me Merton didn't get arrested because he tried to swim with some sharks at the aquarium." Sure she knew that Penny and Orsino had been spending some time together, and that Orsino was showing up to Penny's flat and not hers. But still you never knew.

Orsino had half expected that Oliver might open the door, which, he thought, would have proven interesting as he hadn't properly met the man yet. He knew what he looked like, although at the moment Orsino's mental image of Oliver also involved a kilt. To have the door opened and be greeted by Leigh, on the other hand, was not quite as expected. It had completely slipped Orsino's mind that she was friends with Penny. He wondered if he'd somehow apparated to the wrong place.

"Er. Hey, Leigh." He took a second to get his bearings. "No. I mean, not that I know of?"

The truth was, the scenario Leigh had just presented was entirely possible. He looked past her, trying to figure out if this was the right place. "This is Penny's flat, right?"

Well Oliver was an interesting bloke to meet. If Leigh found out that Orsino hadn't yet met Oliver, she'd probably try to stick the two in the same room. Oliver was just awesome in Leigh's humble opinion. Everyone should meet him.

Leigh did breath a huge inner sigh of relief. Although Leigh had put tracking charms on a great many of Merton's belongings. Privacy be damned. The man wandered off aimlessly for weeks on end causing her to worry.

"Oh, yeah, yeah. Right place." She said stepping aside to let Orsino through. "I'm just hanging out. She ran to the loo." Ummm.. yeah.

"Leigh you will never guess what I realised just now," Pennys voice was loud as she stepped through the hall. She stopped mid-sentance when she saw Orsino and Leigh chatting in the living room as though it was nothing out the ordinary.

"Hi Orsino," she said by way of greeting before unconsciously smoothing down her hair to make sure nothing was sticking out. "Do you want a drink?"

Glancing over when Penny entered the room, Orsino nodded in her direction for greeting. "Hey Penny. Sorry, I didn't realize you were having company." Her grinned at Leigh.

Since his intent in visiting was rather vague even to himself, Orsino didn't attempt to explain himself any further. They didn't seem to mind, anyway. Leigh just seemed relieved that he hadn't sniffed her out for the sake of making her solve one of the band's ever recurring problems.

"A drink? Just water, I guess."

	Leigh looked at her friend strangely, but refrained from asking what exactly she'd realized in the bathroom, even if now she was a bit curious. Leigh let herself plopped down into an oversized chair and smiled softly. "So what brings you out and about today?" (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	The water felt very pleasant on Orsino's throat. It had been feeling a bit dry all day, and he hoped he wasn't coming down with something. At the questions regarding the reason of his visit, Orsino shrugged a quirked and eyebrow. "Well no, but I can't complain. It's not everyday I get to bother her on a day off." 	Leigh had her bottle of pumpkin juice part way up to her mouth when she gave out a slight chuckle at that. "No, you don't. You're one of the well behaved ones, who understand the words day off." 	"Today I thought I'd see what it felt like to be one of the difficult children," Orsino said, looking up and rolling the glass of water between his hands. He settled back into the couch, getting a bit more comfortable. This may have been unexpected for all involved, but it was nice. "Oh, very classy, very classy," he agreed. "Extremely, most of the time." Leigh responded without even thinking much on it, finally allowing herself to take a drink from her bottle.

"Hey, it's the classiest joint around. It's that and/or split that monstrously huge burger the Leaky has." She pointed out. And Hell, sometimes they did do both of those things.

"I have sort fuse when it comes to difficult. You're not making me pull my hair out."

At the mention of the Leaky's famous burger, Pennys stomach rumbled audibly and she stared down at it in horror. She'd already eaten an inordinate amount of ice cream as she and Leigh had gossiped over the fornica tables for what seemed like hours.

"I think you'd look good with a bald head. Think of the time you'd save on styling it. In fact, I'm tempted to do it. What do you think? Would I suit being bald?"

She struck a pose before giggling and taking a pull from her bottle. The last time she'd drunk with Orsino in this room, things had ended quite differently.

She took another sip of her beer.
