Who: Wayne and Megan
What: No one expects the Hufflepuff Inquisition!
Where: Hufflepuff Common Room
When: After dinner
Rating: PG-13 for swear words, underage drinking and snogging

Wayne sat with his guitar by the door to the girls' dormitory. He knew it would look slightly creepy, but he didn't care.

Megan had been off in her own world ever since the first Decree came down, and the word of her parents' separation came through. She'd been sitting across the room during classes. She'd been eating at other tables for meals. The only time he saw her or talked to her was during Quidditch practice, and the talking then mostly consisted of team chatter. It was strange, and slightly off-putting.

He would sit and wait. She would have to come back eventually. And when Megan did finally return, he would be there.

Wayne raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, I know. Why do you think I'm so bloody concerned?" He chucked her back with his elbow. "Come on. Let's do something to get your mind off it for a bit, yeah? I could get a deck of cards, or..." He tapped his guitar with his foot. "There's always karaoke in front of the whole house. But neither of us is nearly drunk enough for that, I would think."
