Who: Hermione and Ron
What: Leaving Work
When: Today
Where: Ministry, then one of their flats
Rating/Warning: TBA, Plotty

Hermione worked late, but tonight she didn't work as late as she usually did - she'd been pouring over those files for two weeks now, and it was time that they really sat down and went through them. Even if it felt too much like seventh year, and pouring through fairy tales for some sort of clue. She'd had a hard time getting started with them because of that, but if they helped to find the group - she was sure it was a group now - who were murdering animagi and living on unicorn blood...

Well, she had to try, didn't she? Even if some small part of her had hoped they'd left this behind.

She went to the DMLE offices and straight through to Ron's desk, tapping at the edge of it to get his attention. "Ready?"

Ron snorted. "There's dedication for you," he said, while thinking that it sounded as though he needed to switch departments. He could have used a little more time for shopping, not that he knew what he was going to get - and then there was a wedding to shop for, too, of course. He was behind with pretty much everything. That was all stuff that was easy to worry about, though. No real trouble. "Maybe they'll make up for it in January, when they're sick of spending time with all the relatives hanging around the house."
