Entry tags:!1998: 05, !incomplete, bill weasley, fleur delacour, fred weasley, george weasley

Who: Bill and Fleur Weasley, any Weasley family/Order/the Tonks-Lupins invited to drop in
When: After work, early evening, immediately following this thread
Where: St. Mungo's
What: Post-attack
Rating: PG13 for some language, blood and gore

As Greyback's teeth tore out of his leg, Bill felt Fleur's hand clench his arm and a dizzying sensation as he was yanked upwards and into ether as they Disapperated. He landed on the floor of the St. Mungo's lobby with a painful thud and the room swam around him. He could hear Fleur but couldn't make out what she was saying. Healers were swarming around and he was levitated onto a gurney as one of the attending witches poured a blood-replenishing potion down his throat. Coughing, he turned his head, looking for Fleur.

"The house," he choked. "Tell the others."

A wand was jabbed at his side and a voice said, "Just relax, Mr. Weasley." Darkness shuttered in around his eyes and he was quickly out cold as they took him into the emergency ward to begin examining his mangled leg.

Fleur followed behind the attendants as far as she was allowed, becoming increasingly aware of the pain in her back. She had to send out owls, right now. But one of the Healers who had helped move Bill accosted her, and directed her to another ward to have her own injury treated. Despite Fleur's protests, half of which were in a muddled mix of English and French, it was an hour before the Healers deemed her satisfactorily treated - "You're very fortunate, Mrs. Weasley, that this curse only grazed you, or you'd be dealing with some permanent damage." - and allowed her back out into the waiting area.

The wound was throbbing dully, but Fleur didn't want to sit. Instead she wandered into an unoccupied room and cast a patronus charm. The silvery form of a dolphin emerged from the end of her wand. After charging it with a brief account of what had happened and a request that someone check in on the kids at the Cottage, she sent it out. For now, she would limit the recipients to the Weasleys, Minerva, Remus, and, lastly, Hestia who, according to the witch running the desk, was not working tonight. The others could be alerted later, but Fleur felt that the essential people had been informed.

Fleur looked at the clock on the wall when she walked back out into the waiting room. Barely over an hour had passed. When was she going to be allowed to see her husband?

Fred was closing up the shop when the the patronus appeared. It took him a moment to recognize who's it was - but then the message sunk in and it didn't matter at all who had sent it (even if he had remembered it was Fleur's at about the same time the message had sunk in...)

He barely waited for the thing to go on to whoever else would get the call next before he was tearing upstairs to grab his brother. He practically shoved George into clothes, not really explaining what the rush was about, but it wasn't twenty minutes later before they were rushing through the doors at Mungo's - George now at least mostly informed.

The waiting room was less of a ghost town than most other wizarding venues had been recently, but he spotted Fleur right off. "Fleur!" He yelled, drawing attention and not caring as he and George hurdled a few tables to get to her. "How is he?"

The sound of her name being yelled from across the room gave Fleur a start. Sitting here was torture, and she was positive the witch at the desk wanted to hex her by now. Fleur had made several very demanding attempts to find out how Bill was doing, when she could see him, but it was to no avail. By the time Fred and George arrived, she looked tired and agitated, and a bit defeated.

Her head darted and she stared at them. "He is..." Fleur stood, moving to meet the twins. There was a hint of resentment in her voice.

"I do not know." She gave a hard look at the woman at the desk, who had given Fred and George and odd look when they'd arrived shouting and bounding through the room. Now she was engrossed in her paperwork again. "They will not tell me what is happening even though I have every right."
