Who: Alecto Carrow & Rabastan Lestrange
When: The evening of September 3rd, 1997
Where: Alecto's room at 12 Grimmauld Place
What: Alecto is bored, Rabastan offers to fix that. (As seen here.)
Rating: R - c'mon, look at who it involves!

Alecto could not believe what she was doing. What was she doing? After the exchange in the journals, the woman didn't know what to expect. Clear off her bed? It was all ready clean and made, her house elf was smart, the last thing Tuli would want to receive is Alecto's wrath. After years of tending to all the woman's wants and needs she knew better than to forget something so simple as making her bed. What really confused her was the comment to slip into something comfortable. What did that mean? Her clothing wasn't comfortable enough? Deciding upon a "comfortable" outfit, it was even complete with the red heels, it was the only thing she could think of that wasn't formal. Come to think of it, this had to be the most "comfortable" Alecto has ever dressed. Most of the time she was in some sort of dress, or a corset and skirt, or an outfit that her mother would approve of a Carrow child to wear. Despite her dark demeanor, Alecto was raised with the style and class expected of a woman within high society - so she had a few faults, didn't they all?

Kicking Tuli out of her room a long time ago, she ordered the house elf to go make herself useful somewhere else. Alecto wasn't quite sure what this man had in mind, Azkaban wasn't exactly nice on Rabastan, Alecto knew this. That was probably the only reason she tolerated his bizarre antics, well, and the fact that she wasn't exactly sane, either. Being Death Eater, you couldn't be very sane, huh? Her undying devotion to the Dark Lord usually took over any sanity she might house in that mind of hers. That lust for power, and domination glossed over a broken soul and left her selfish, jaded, and power hungry. She was never satisfied unless she was doing something to held herself, or Voldemort's cause.

Resorting to pacing her room impatiently, those red heels echoed through the empty room. In her heels she had to be at least four inches taller, and her movements were fluid, like a caged tiger begging to be released. Boredom drove her crazy, sitting around doing nothing. It made her mad, and restless, and with the prospect of actually doing something, Alecto found herself anxious to get moving. At this point she would have been content to go Erumpent hunting, at least then there was the possibility of blowing something up! Whatever Rabastan had in mind better not be disappointing!

Rabastan wobbled, and didn't really think about it until now, but perhaps the bed wasn't the best choice. He could feel the mattress giving under them, and he was obviously the heavier of them, so he felt like he was balancing far too unstable. Having to shift his weight to stretch over and get his right foot into that spot put him on a very, very hard to balance with.

He glanced up from where he was watching his positioning, flashing a wicked smile. "You're welcome to quit if you want to, sweetheart. I wont hold it against you if you want to take my commands for the next day or so. I know if I was in your shoes, that's what I'd do."

He was not goading her was he?! He was. That made her frustrated beyond belief. Gaze narrowed on him briefly, as she found some sort of balance, pressing most of her weight on her hands. This was ridiculous, shifting once more a hand managed to flick the arrow once more and watched as it landed on, "Right hand, blue."

That didn't help at all, all it did was force her left hand behind her back. His wicked smile was met with a sharp hiss. All her weight had to suddenly shift from being placed on both hands to just her right hand which was pressing into her back.

"Fucking hell, Rabastan---" Was actually all she could say as she found her arm giving out and her body falling. She wasn't going down without a fight, though! Was her arms gave out, one leg made sure to make contact with one of his arms, hopefully to bring him down with her. C'mon, if Alecto is going down, she's going down SWINGING!

Well Rabastan was going down flailing. Her leg had taken his arm, causing him to topple over as well, though the way he landed was practically on top of her. If she didn't like being touched, well, she was probably going to be freaking out after a moment because he wasn't moving very fast to get off of her.

"See?" He said, trying not to laugh too hard, though his laughing came out childish. "See? The bed was a fantastic idea!"

Alecto rolled her eyes as he spoke. "Yes, I see." However, when she realized he was barely moving to get off her, hands moved from behind her back and push on his shoulders. "Do you mind, Rabastan dear? You're crushing me." Not that she really should have bothered asking, considering she was literally PUSHING him off of her, at least so her body could snake out from beneath him.

"What muggle idiot invented that game?" Lips curled into a sneer, as she kicked the mat off her bed. The realization that some ridiculous muggle artifact was just touching her bed made her shudder slightly. Alecto could not STAND muggles, and those ridiculous things they invented. However, the spinner did fascinate her a bit.

Plucking the piece of cardboard with the arrow on it, she placed it on her lap, and slowly began to spin the arrow. Who lost anyways?

Well, the bed was a fantastic idea for a time being. His feet would be the things she would be able to see after a moment, considering he shove had rolled him off the bed from the opposite side, and he now laid on his back with his feet towering over him.

"Dunno, but it wasted a few minutes." It was true, it did waste a good couple of minutes, even if the game itself made no sense. What good did the game do, anyhow? It trained no skills, taught no lessons... it just served to frustrate. Rabastan found it amazing.

Alecto didn't find any pleasure in it, it was boring, and while it distracted her for a few moments, she was suddenly left bored all over again. A rather frustrated sigh escaped her lips, as she tossed the spinner across the room and glanced over at Rabastan's feet. Did she really push him that hard? She was going to watch how rough she could get with a person. Then again, she was positive that Rabastan would be able to handle it, after all if Amycus could tolerate the frequent punches, and assualts, Rabastan could, too. Yeah?

Shifting on the bed, Alecto stuck her head over the side to peer down at him, raven black hair drifted to frame her face, as dark eyes watched him closely, "You really enjoyed that, didn't you?" One brow quirked curiously at him, as those lips curled into a broad smirk.

"So what now, love? And if you tell me more muggle games, I will kick you out of my room." A rather childish approach, but hey! Who said Alecto was mature?

The truth was, he'd rolled off the bed for dramatic effect. Looking up at her, he attempted to halt his giggles, though clamping a hand over his mouth did little other than to cause more to escape. After a few deep breaths, he managed to calm himself a bit.

His toes wiggled in the air.

"Well, I think we need to decide who lost. I'm thinking you hit the bed first, so I'm the champion." He nodded a few times, agreeing with himself. "Yep, yep. I think you're my slave for a day now, love."

Well, it was certainly dramatic! However, she did sneer when he mentioned that he won. Alecto couldn't truthfully admit that she had won, considering, she really couldn't lie to a fellow Death Eater. There was just something in her mind, no matter how much the lie didn't matter, she just couldn't lie. Groaning, a hand moved to brush her hair out of her eyes. "I'm not going to be your bloody slave, you sodding git." Shoving his feet slightly, she moved back onto her bed.

Flopping down on her back she stared up at the ceiling. "I don't wash dishes, iron clothing, or things that I can just make the house elf do. Honestly, if you're going to have me cleaning and what not, just borrow the damn house elf for a day." A passive hand waved, like she was trying to dismiss the suggestion.

"What does being your slave entail, anyways?"

"Don't insult me by offering me your bloody, filthy elf. I'll mount its head to a goddamn pike before I let it touch my belongings." He seemed to spit out the words like venom, completely changing his attitude from how it had been a moment before. "Ugly, nasty, vile creatures that should be purged from existence."

He swung his legs off the bed, bringing himself to sit up, pressing his back against the wall. "You're bloody lucky they haven't tried to kill you in your sleep yet, you know that? Trust their masters, they say. Faithful to their masters. Biggest load of nonsense I've ever heard." He seemed to be off on a tangent now, ranting not specifically in particular, not making eye contact with her nor catching her dismissing wave. his face had twisted slightly, as if he'd gotten a taste of something absolutely foul.

WHOA, did Alecto hit a nerve or something?! As his mood instantly changed, her attention was suddenly grabbed again. Was this the adult side of Rabastan Lestrange? Turning her head so her gaze could watch him, she witnessed a rapid change in, one moment he was giddy and giggly, and the next he was going off on a rant about house elves?

Sitting up, Alecto moved to the edge of the bed, while he refused to look her in the eyes, her dark stare never tore away from him. Now this was something she could exploit. Once it seemed like he was done with his tangent, Alecto slid halfway off the bed, body slowly moving as she placed a hand on the floor to hold her upper body up as her lower half remained on the bed. "Aw, Rabastan..." She cooed sweetly, the hand not holding her up to boldly trace over his jaw line. "You certainly have my permission to do whatever you wish with the house elves." Her voice practically purred towards him.

His eyes finally met her own, and they exposed something different there. The serious side of Rabastan Lestrange, the side of him that had most likely carried out the Dark Lord's wishes years ago, the side that few people ever saw. He paid no attention to her hand on his jaw, instead he watched her carefully, calculating her moves it seemed.

"Make the bloody muggles do your housework. They'd be less dangerous, and likely more useful." The funny thing was, Rabastan couldn't tell anyone what had happened to earn this burning hatred towards the elves. For as long as he could remember, the poor things had angered him, and his anger had turned to hatred and a burning distrust for the beings.

It seemed only then did he notice her hand, a little of the fire beginning to sizzle out, though his expression didn't seem to lighten any.

Dangerous? That last thing Tuli was, was dangerous. That House Elf would likely die for her if she had to. It was so well trained, it would willing dodge in front of a spell for her mistress. The only down side to having such a devoted elf was the fact that she refused to leave Alecto alone, demanding to follow her wherever she went. Whether it was the Malfoy Manor, or now to Grimmauld. At the Manor Tuli actually got into an argument with another elf for bringing Alecto clean towels. The elf was devoted, perfect for a demanding master.

However, Rabastan's suggestion brought a wicked, evil grin to her lips. While his fire seemed to slowly sizzle out, Alecto's was slowly being ignited. "What a genius idea." Leaning forward Alecto pressed a kiss to the corner of his lips briefly before sliding back onto the bed. Shimming off the bed completely, Alecto climbed to her feet and began to pace. Pacing was her form of deep thought, five quick steps in one direction five in the opposite.

"Ten should do the trick, shouldn't it? A simple Imperius curse should do the trick. Muggles were always so weak against the Imperius curse." Lips curled into a disgusted sneer as she recalled all the muggles she has put under that unforgivable curse. It was certainly not her choice of a curse, she preferred the Cruciatus curse, taking joy in watching the muggles squirm and cry out in pain.

"Though, how badly do I want filthy, disgusting muggles touching my things?"

Rabastan sat watching her pace back and forth for a long moment, seemingly in a daze. While the fire that had been sparked by her comment about elves had angered him, her reaction had been like a bucket of cold water on his head. Had she just kissed him? Bloody hell, Rabastan had never thought about her like that, and yet suddenly his mind was filled with simultaneous images of the two of them snogging.

It should be noted that Rabastan Lestrange had very little experience with women. That's a shock, no?

His eyes followed her, left to right, over and over. "So tell me, how do you plan on keeping the others from killing them? I expect you'll keep them here, no?" Logic had reclaimed him, and now he seemed to have fallen in between the adult side of his persona and the childish side. Rationality actually did exist with this man.

Rabastan was looking far to into that kiss, within Alecto's mind it was merely a kiss of approval, and considering her mind was racing with other thoughts about making muggles her slaves. Don't get her wrong, Alecto was not knowledgeable about relationships all that much. Majority of the wizarding world that knew about her usually assumed she had some sort of inappropriate relationship with her brother. Every time she heard that it made her shudder with disgust, Alecto and Amycus had a very delicate relationship, which never went beyond being brother and sister. Alecto had never really thought of Rabastan that way, either. She always saw him as a Lestrange, brother-in-law to dear Bellatrix, and utterly bat-shit crazy. Though, if she really put thought into it they would seem to be quite the match. A match made in Hell, albeit. However, Alecto's mind wasn't even on that at the moment, even if Rabastan's was.

Pulling out her wand, she began to tap it thoughtfully against her cheek. "Well, why can't they be killed?" Lips curled into that predatory smirk, as she stopped pacing and turned to look at Rabastan again. "Just like House Elves they are extinguishable." A haunting giggle came from her as she climbed back onto the bed, facing him. "All you need is a little imperius curse, and they can be at your beck and call, and if they don't do something properly, or your bored, a simple spell can end that all. Muggles are like a never ending supply of slaves." Laying down on her stomach, chin moved to rest in the palm of her hand, as she kept that dark gaze on Rabastan.

"What do you say, Rabastan darling? Muggle slaves could be a new trend!" How morbid could this woman get?

"Oh, it's not that it's a bad idea. No, no, it was my idea so it's bloody brilliant, but if you get there here just to have them killed immediately, it's a lot of work for no gain." He scratched at his goatee and broke his gaze, looking up at the ceiling. "I suppose you could apparate with them, though you always run the risk that one may wind up being the newest piece of art deco in the hallway."

Slaves. It had been an off-kilter remark on his behalf, and really Rabastan felt there was little use them. While he didn't care to do his own housework -- or cooking -- or cleaning -- or any of that, really, he didn't really care to have someone indebted to doing it either. That led to resentment, which could lead to a rebellion... and then not only was there the Order to worry about, but an army of angry muggles with forks.

He forced himself to think about other things. Quidditch. Ah, there we go. No snogging there.

Feigning disappointment, Alecto pouted, "You're probably right, those muggles are very volatile creatures when provoked." Turning to lay on her stomach, she looked at the ceiling as well. "Frankly, I think it might be worth all the effort, even if they killed immediately. Give them false hope by keeping them alive, just to kill them. It's rather exhilarating if you ask me." Even as she spoke, she seemed to get breathless at the thought. Legs shifted to press against the bed post, crossing at the ankles.

For some reason this entire scenario seemed like something out of a summer camp afternoon. Two people lounging about talking, was this what Death Eaters do on their days off?

"It probably is just a waste of time," Alecto said rather defeated. "What other brilliant ideas do you have running in that head of yours, my dear?"

A waste of time. There was a lot of that as of late, and even Rabastan Lestrange had found himself wishing to throw spells against someone else. The wedding crash hadn't gone as planned, and while he had a spectacular piece of cake and got to throw a few spells against the Order, they didn't leave with anything that they could truly claim as a victory other than leaving the Order with a state of fear.

He let out a sigh and brought his attention back down towards her, pushing up against the wall so that he could stretch his legs. "Torturing muggles may be fun, but it's a bloody waste of our time right now. We need something to do and quickly, before this boring mood drives me to wander straight into the main halls of Hogwarts and declare myself the King of England."

Actually, that wasn't a bad idea. It'd be more fun than slowly withering away, waiting for the next order to come.

Ohhhh the wedding, that was certainly the highlight of Alecto's summer. She was especially happy when the Order members began to fight back, nothing like a good duel to take her mind off the fact that Mundungus wasn't there. And then the reports of the wedding afterwards in the Prophet were worth laughing about. They were actually blaming the Weasley's for their own desmise, that was the funniest article she had ever read.

"Brilliant idea, Rabastan! I'll be queen, and we can make all those filthy children bow down at our feet, and all those blood traitors regret ever turning their back on their own kind." Delusional? Definitely, but it was nice to dream. Her own gaze remained on the ceiling, as her legs shifted to cross in the opposite direction.

Like a auto's miles rolling over, with her comment on being his Queen his mind pulled the e-brake, slid in a circle, and began driving in the opposite direction. Not even Quidditch could save him now.

"Perhaps we should visit some of the childrens' favorite stomping grounds," he said vacantly. "It's early in the year so they should be empty, but that's never stopped anyone from running around in their spare time. I'm doubting we could actually get inside the school to have some fun."

Another distraught sigh came from her, as she brought her legs down and rolled onto her side to look at him. "Why must you kill all my dreams of having fun, Rabastan?" A mocking pout came over her lips. No matter how delusional and crazy her idea seemed it was highly dangerous, and likely to fail.

"Where do the children enjoy going to now a days? We all ready went to Diagon Alley, and scared them. Hogsmeade is practically shut down, and with darling Severus at the school, I highly doubt we would be welcomed there. HE might even be mad for just leaving this dingy place." He of course meaning the Dark Lord. Alecto wasn't about to give her opinion on Snape, she didn't trust him, not one bit. And why should she? While he was working under the impression that he was at Hogwarts undercover for Voldemort, Alecto didn't what to believe. That's mainly why she held her tongue about him, and since Voldemort trusted him, she had to as well, right?
