All Might was fairly used to being intimidating, he'd spent years perfecting his puffed up chest and larger than life voice. He wanted to strike fear in the hearts of villains. Teenagers? Not so much. Though, most of the newer students didn't quite know he was as harmless as a fly in most cases, his size was just pretty opposite to his true personality. There were a few of the more 'cute' heroes, and while All Might couldn't claim to be on Selkie's level, he certainly wanted to be approachable.
"Of course!" He happily lead the way, nodding to a few students as they passed. Soon the hallways would be empty and quiet and they could focus on getting to the cause of Sora's behavior, but he wasn't going to mention it now, and risk being overheard, even if he suspected all the students had already gossiped about it anyway. Most of the ones he'd known were happy to befriend and want to know everyone, even the ones who pretended they didn't want friends. He'd seen it do good things.
Looking back, he quickly shook his head. "Yes! It is. Nothing's wrong." He reached a hand back, motioning Sora to his side rather than behind him, loosely moving an arm to pat his shoulder with his hand. "Nothing like that." Sora had no reason to be troubled, not with All Might, another thing he'd spent years trying to cultivate at home. But once they got to his office he pulled back, opening the door before motioning the boy in and gesturing to the couches and coffee table he'd opted for in there instead of the usual desk. He rather liked being able to talk to his successor that way, seemed fitting to offer the same comfort to his new students.
"It's been brought to my attention that you've been staying in another boy's room." He started, moving to a cabinet to start digging around. "Is there a reason? Do you need a roommate? We can easily move you into a room with two beds to allow it." He turned, looking at Sora before back at the cabinet. "Would you like a snack? Some water?"
