He didn't do anything at first -- just processed the feel of the Master's lips under his and the... softeness of the whole thing. He'd kissed before and was familiar enough with it, but. Not quite like this. Hadn't felt like this.

Then he groaned, slid a hand into the Master's hair and outright lifted up onto his knees and returned the kiss properly, solid and deep and with a sudden, bright telepathic flare of... openess.
