everything that's random

Over two weeks of on and off - constant pain in my shoulder, arm and hand culminated in my very first ever MRI today. (And I didn't come out of it with a mutant power, damn it!) They told me the doctor should know something in 24-48 hours. So hopefully I'll at least have answers this week and maybe a direction on what we have to do for the NO MOAR PAINZ!

I must have done something pretty blatant to myself though as after the first round for my neck the conversation went like this while the tech reset the machine:

Tech: So it's your neck and right shoulder?
Me: Yeah.
Tech: Did you do remember doing something specific?
Me: No. Bad pillow. Hefting a 30 lb bag of dog food onto my left shoulder.
Tech: *pause* So nothing out of the ordinary.
Me: Nope.
Tech: How long have you been dealing with this?
Me: Over two weeks.
Tech: O_O! Ok! Well let's do your shoulder now!

I think she saw something on the neck scan. Mebbe. ;)
