Greetings players. I think most of you know me, I’m Kate, and I’ll be helping Nels out with the modly-type things around here. And this is my first order of business. We want to know who is truly here, who really wants to play, so this is how we’re going to do that.

If you’re still interested in playing at WC, you have one week to reply to this post. The previous e-mails were full of replies from people that expressed interest, and then didn’t play. That seems a little silly. This is a game, and if you want to play, then you should be playing, right?

This is not an option, this is mandatory. If you want to continue playing your characters here at WC, you must reply to this post before next Monday. There are no exceptions to this unless you’ve previously contacted a mod about being away from the game. (We know of only one exemption right now.)

How come no one thought to play him before? Am I really the first to bring him to WC?

This is Dawn, bringing you Jareth the Goblin King. From Labyrinth. If you don't know that movie then... OMG GO GET IT AND WATCH IT! NAO!

His bio is in his journal, but a few Jareth fun facts:

1. He can shapeshift, but only as an owl.
2. He likes watching people. Seriously. In that creepy stalker sort of way.
3. He is extremely vain.
4. He loathes his goblins and will be quite glad to be rid of them, actually.
5. He thinks he's better than pretty much everyone.
6. He likes women. Pretty, smart women.
7. He is movie-verse only. Nothing in that Manga sequel they made is part of this characterization of him.
8. There is no #8
9. He resents his position as Goblin King, but likes being in charge of things.
10. Schadenfreude. He loves it.

I'm going to be playing him as really displaced, confused and a bit scared (though he'd never admit it) at being taken away from what he knows and being dumped in the City. So if he comes off a bit... off, to your characters. It's the sudden displacement that has him panicking. The whole being stuck is really going to bother him.

Hello all. It is I, Cary and I bring to you my third character.

Meet Lawrence Talbot, but you can just call him Larry. Larry is a really nice guy, good to women, children and animals (but not in any weird way). He is quick to jump to the defense of anyone that needs help. He’s very easy to get along with.

He just has one small problem. He is a werewolf. Three nights every month, he transforms into a monster. Unlike some other werewolves, Larry has no control over the beast he becomes and he hates it. The wolf man kills people and Larry has a hard time living with that fact. Because of this, he is very cautious about making friends, fearing that the wolf man might kill them when he is released. Larry would give anything for someone to help him end his curse.

Oh yeah, animals can smell the wolf in him and tend not to be real friendly. You can see his full bio in his journal.
