Mod announcement
We've been seeing a disturbing trend as of late. We felt that it's time to remind people of a rule.
In the future, people who decide to drop characters by leaving notes on their character journals, in the OOC community, or anywhere else without telling a mod will not be allowed to rejoin the game. This action is extremely inconsiderate to us, and unappreciated.
The game isn't huge now, and a little on the slow side, but it's by no means dead. We're encouraging people to continue playing at their own pace, and not worry too much about the activity rules. As long as we know that you're playing, we're satisfied. But it is still a structured game with guidelines and rules, which are still important. Please don't ignore them.
We understand that life happens, but we want this to be a fun group. If you have any questions or ideas, feel free to send them our way.
Edit: Clarified rule - Please inform a mod directly before you go on hiatus, drop a character, or leave the game. Don't just announce it in the OOC community, you will not be allowed back into the game.
ACTIVITY
ยป We need to see something from you every two weeks in the form of AIM logging, comment logging, or a narrative. If you do not make this two week deadline a warning email will be sent. Activity checks will be done periodically. We're sympathetic to RL issues, of course, so please let us know if you won't be around or will need an extended hiatus. Please inform a mod directly before you go on hiatus or drop a character. Don't just announce it in the OOC community.
If you find any of your characters receiving warnings three times in a row, they will be removed from the community.
