I, Mila, am back. I have my new modem and I have returned to the land of the internet.
I have some important points to make, so please pay close attention.
1 - We've lost some people, so please use the friends button to clear up your lists:
2 - I failed as a mod to correctly do the activity check recently, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to do that again in the future. In fact, in the future, there may be a surprise activity check where a lot of people could be in trouble. HINT.
3 - That being said, we've got a lot of people who are on semi and complete hiatusesii this month due to school and other things. I know that this month is going to be slow. I'd still like to see something from the people who aren't away.
4 - The plot chat failed due to the modem issue, so I'd like to try again next week. I'm thinking Wednesday or Thursday in the evening. Please let me know which would be best, or I'll just choose. I will leave a note about it, though, well before hand.
5 - And this one is really the
most important. We've thrown a lot at you guys the last couple of months. People gave us some really fun challenges to do, and we had the zombie plot. We don't usually throw that much at people. So we're going to give you
at least a couple months free of required plot and challenges so that you can explore your characters and so on. On your own terms and the like. The dwindling interest during the last half of the Valentines challenge kind of prompted this. We felt like you all liked the idea, but were kind of burned out on the whole pre-formed ideas thing. Freedom! You have freedom!
There will still be things going on, of course, things about the City, which is an ongoing plot, but doesn't hold required participation. We'd like to encourage you all to follow your own plots, big and small. You don't have to ask permission to start a plot if it doesn't effect the community as a whole, just run with it. If you're worried, just talk to one of your mods.
Th-th-th-THAT'S ALL FOLKS!
