Before I joined the game, everybody told me We_Co didn't have an IC journal system -- it was just scenes. But according to this post in the mod memories, you do! With nifty little PDAs available to every character and built-in e-mail addresses and private messaging and everything! Am I misinterpreting something? Or is it just that nobody uses it?

The reason why I ask is because BB and I were working on the equivalent of an in-character Twitter (I have awesome IC flyers already half-built in Photoshop!), but if it turns out that the game already has a city-wide communication network, then another one would be really redundant. And if nobody uses the one that's already there, they probably wouldn't use a second one either.

Someone fill me in? I'm just a clueless newbie and I'm afraid I'm having the world's biggest blonde moment right now.
