So… my name is Kate, and I think I play with a few of you in other places. For those that don’t know me, hiya! I bring you Jeannie, from “I Dream of Jeannie.” You can find her application posted at this journal if you want details, but the quick overview for those that don’t know the tv show…

Jeannie is, well, a genie. Like rub the lamp and out pops a being to grant you three wishes sort of genie. Except she lives in a bottle. She is a generally warm and friendly sort of magical being, though it’s not smart to make her mad since she can get a bit petulant, but whatever her mood, she is still a genie. You know what they say about being careful what you wish for? It was created for creatures like Jeannie.

A couple of interesting things about Jeannie… she has no bellybutton. She can’t be photographed. She has an immediate distrust of other magical creatures. And she’s a sucker for a pretty man. Especially a pretty man in a uniform.

So here she is, ready to make new friends and get into new kinds of trouble. Kinda like me.

Hey all y'all!

I'm practicing being Southern (ha!) because I'm getting married Thursday and then moving down to live in Norfolk VA with my DH. Yup, you heard it right! I'm also getting ready to defend my Masters thesis the Monday after the wedding, a day before moving. Le sigh. So I'm not going to have too much time to reply and you can probably understand if I haven't had much time to reply the past few weeks.

I will be checking email pretty frequently so don't hesitate to use that for plottink and stuffs. Once I'm settled in and the DH goes back to work, I'll have much more time to respond and think of fun new things. Maybe even a new character, who knows! :-)

It feel so good to be back, you have no idea............ >_<

Anyways, I'm Christine, and I'll be playing Jo Harvelle only this time around. Slap me if I bring in another character, because it means I've lost my mind yet again.

Jo's changed from the last time I brought her in to play. She's generally matured, and focuses more on doing what her mother did now, which is running a bar while helping out Hunters, or other City people here and there. Hunting's just a side job now, although she'd be lying if she said that she's done with it. She's very trigger happy..........

Anyways, she's going to be amnesiac for a while, since I'm writing her in as recovering from a car crash. There should be an open thread in the main comm soon enough, so anyone that wants to interact with Jo will get a chance to. Hit me up here if you want any side plots, since I'm always up for them.
