Like I said. Up to you. Seal does both good and bad. This is one of the good.

If you don't use it, you'll lose it. It'll disappear.

No, that doesn't surprise me. But, it's probably more complicated than that. I think if you wanted to do that, you'd have to wish for it for them. Rather than just let them use it.
