I've been thinking about upcoming holidays and stuff.

Look, don't freak out or anything. But on ~~that bitch's~~ the post about Damon being gone. Klaus invited her to Thanksgiving dinner there. I don't know if Caroline is planning some big thing, if she is I haven't heard anything about it. So I was thinking about having some sort of dinner at my place. You want to join me? Bring Crowley and Anna if you want. I may attempt to cook. But will definitely have back up food!

	I think simple is required sometimes. There's something else. I may be away for much of December. For good and bad reasons. Good because it's mine and Stefan's wedding anniversary on the 4th. Me too. A year since that night on the beach in Thailand. I'm not sure how we're going to celebrate, but we definitely are.

I don't know where I'm going to go yet. Or when exactly. And anyone who wants to is welcome to come with me.

Well, within reason. Stefan, obviously. You, Elijah, Henrik. Nik too. Crowley, Anna, Caroline. Even Katherine, for Elijah's sake. But I don't know how everyone would react to the idea. Would Caroline want to be around Elena for Christmas? And she is not coming because like hell am I going to spend a time trying to forget the anniversary of being physically and mentally tortured with that bitch.

Just leave it up to an open offer. If they want to come, they can, no pressure, but you're not leaving because of anyone, or that you're running from them, it's just a time you need away from Lawrence. It's not complicated. They should understand, if they really know you as they say they do.

I never thought I'd get to be married, let alone to someone I love as much as Stefan. I also never thought I'd see you in a relationship.

I think that's what I'll do. I hope people will understand. I don't want anyone to feel abandoned. Well, by anyone I mean Henrik. He's had enough of that.

I haven't been back to the cemetery since I was brought back from the Cage.

Thank you. He can drive me utterly insane but you know how much I love him. And he likes you. And approves of you.

I know. That side of you will always be there, and I love that part too. Like the song at our wedding, all of me loves all of you. But it's why the Seal needs to keep us together. I think we bring out the best in each other. You make me a better person.
