No evil/heaven
On a scale of one to terrible parent, how bad is it of me to be encouraging the babies to say "mama" before they say "dada"?!

They're nearly four months old now and they're making noises that might eventually form words. I just want those words to be me before Jacen! That doesn't make me too horrible, right?!

Actually, their first words will probably be Kyp or cat.

It's not horrible at all.

I may be a little guilty of doing so before I was sent home.

I missed it while I was gone that month, but I'm told it was "mama". Mission accomplished.

I'm sorry, that must have been difficult. But hey, shows that you were a powerful influence on him and are once more!

I'm only glad it wasn't any longer. I'd hate to miss so much of his life, even a month.

I can imagine. The twins keep changing every day, I would hate to miss an entire month.

I'll bet you can get it out of at least one of them!

I am determined! One of them will say mama first!

Its entirely normal and you can bet Jacen's doing the same thing.

I lost out to Sam. I'm still a little bitter, but really I think she planned it as part of her wrap him around her finger stratagy

He'll probably claim he's not, but I question that!

So it's entirely possible that Jayna will say dada, she is definitely going to be a daddy's girl. But I still have hope with Jaedan!

Or the cat will win with both of them.

I tried. I tried so hard. I regret nothing.

I lost. To Henry AND to Graham. Whatever. They can do all the hard work. Hmph!

Clearly it means that she wants Henry and Graham to do all the work and you to sit back and relax!

My kid's smart. She knew she could wrap those two around her finger. I'm a tougher sell.

I think it's a daughters and their daddies/big brothers thing. Since the boys have the protective instinct anyway, it's not too much of a stretch!

Okay. I am going to work with you to get them to say 'mama'. We will kick ass at this. Jacen will not win.

That. Or Caroline.

I will accept Caroline as an option! Because really, if my children master that as their first word they are some manner of geniuses!
