They left "don't watch your own damn show" off the tips for survival in Lawrence manual. I'd say I won't be doing that again, but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to help myself.

Probably, but I swear anyone who is fictional is drawn to their stories. So its probably one of those rules that'd like never ever be followed because everyone wants to know about their loved ones. So everyone reads or watches.

I'm pretty sure that like 99.9% of everyone who is considered fictional here has watched at least once. Some watch every week. Some don't. It's kind of a toss up.

I've watched all of it. Every single episode.

Had to after I found out about everything that happened. I needed to see it. Which, really didn't help much. Made me worry about Fitz even more.

And, now. Well, I still need to know.

I only gave into temptation the once. Regretted it. Discovering you're dead is never fun.

I'm eternally grateful that I didn't watch the actual episode that I died in though.

It's one of the hardest temptations to avoid sometimes. And...usually I offer to put up a block on the tvs but hah, wouldn't work so well when you could remove it yourself, does it?

I'm sorry for whatever crap that show ends up putting you through. Because it will, if you keep watching, it'll be hell because to the world at large, none of us are even real, so cliffhangers and plot twists galore. But you also luckily have people that get it. So, we can commiserate? Or offer weekly distractions. However you wanna deal.

Doesn't mean I don't feel bad about it.

I stumbled on myself one day. Happened to be on one of the worst days of my life. Had already lived it and it was still pretty traumatic. It doesn't get easier but you'll be drawn to it anyway.

There are times when being the dead one on a show is a good thing. I don't feel any desire to watch the new season of my show when it comes back this weekend.

I recommend avoiding things, or just looking at recaps online the day after or something.

Things I've learned from seeing other people watching their shows. Rule one, never watch on your own. Always make sure you've got someone there to support you. Rule two, try to avoid getting hammered drunk every week. It'll be so tempting, but your liver will hate you. Rule three, remember that what happens at home does not have to affect you here. You might watch your future self go through emotions and changes that make no sense to you. Remember that what you're experiencing here will change your perceptions. It might make you harder, it might make you more open. You're not bound to follow whatever your other self is doing or feeling.

I think those are the main things. Nice to meet you too, Skye. Sorry you've been thrown into all this insanity.

Nah, I'm pretty on board with what my future self is thinking. Well, except for the bangs. I'm not sure I can get behind that hairstyle choice.

I'm still deciding if I should be glad I'm here and not there or not.

I don't understand the look my actor is going for these days either. Or his career choices.

That can always be a difficult decision to come to. Me, I'm very grateful. I'm alive, my girlfriend is here, we have a gorgeous daughter. My sort-of step-son, friends. There was that whole Apocalypse stuff to deal with, but we've handled that now, mostly. So it's good here.
