	I have attempted to put myself in the middle of their family issues before to no avail. I will continue to offer the child the support he may need but they clearly do not wish to listen to anything I have to say. That being said, I have grown quite fond of these manicures. 	When one is in a position of power for as long as they have been, it is often easy to forget there are others whose opinions must be factored in as well. I get what you're saying, Frigga. And Ruby may have a point about humbling people, but that just puts peeps on the defensive too. And starts more of the dramaz that gets so annoying.

Can't go wrong with relaxation and pampering, though!

A spa day could be good, actually, we could get facials along with manicures and everything. And gossip about non drama-y things of fun and goodness! It's good for the soul.

	I do not think it is hate that drives any of them. Fear, anger, heartbreak. Bur not hate. I do not feel she would hate you so much as be concerned and conflicted. If we are going to make it a fancy spa day, it calls for massages as well. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I'm with Frigga. It's never just straight out hate. I think it'd probably be a lot of different feelings coming from her that might come out and seem like hate, but really it'd probably just be a mask for the other actual feelings. Anger and hatred are the easy things to put out there when you're hurt or not sure what emotion to zone in on.

Massages, yes! I'd kill for a massage right now.

Exactly! Anger is easy, but admitting you feel things that are harder to explain is a no-no and too hard. So rawr, usually.

He totes does his job properly! ~~I mean, he's been distracted, but it's just good to be back here with him~~ He's kind of the best, actually. But massages aren't a mandatory part of his regular duties...probably an oversight on my part. He'd give me massages regularly if I asked, I bet, but the occasional one works for me. Plus, I can talk you and Davina into spa days for the in-between. Win-win.
