Filtered Against Known Threats
Thank you everyone who helped me with my research. It was incredibly invaluable, and I think I've finally managed to fine tune my device, so that it will indeed go bing when it's in the vicinity of magic. I'm going to look at attaching it to the TARDIS's sensors, so she can scan at a wider range, and hopefully give us a warning when the seal does some things.

Now, if anyone needs me, I'm at Disneyland with Rose and my daughter.

	Oh, definitely. I like machines that go bing...or sometimes even ding. Although, they usually end up doing other things too. This one can also toast bread at 50 paces, and get satellite tv. I really should learn when to stop.... (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Well, I could go on and use a lot of complicated science words. Like, it performs a sensory reading on the underlying polarity and mystical energy signature which is prevalent within the surrounding atmosphere. If it detects a significant increase in the positive energy signature, then the machine will alert it's operator (it goes bing). (Reply to this) (Parent)
