He became one of the Kursed and wreaked havoc from inside the palace while the Dark Elves' ships attacked from the outside. Many prisoners escaped, Lorelai among them. She used your brother's secret pathways to escape to Midgard. ~~The son of~~ Several of SHIELD's best agents assisted me in helping in her capture.

There is no easy way to say this but your mother and brother lost their lives to the Dark Elves. Your mother in defending Jane Foster and your brother when you and he tried to destroy Malekith and the Aether on Svartlheim.
