This house is full of awkwardness right now. The man Klaus adopted as a son and we believe Mikael killed is here, he survived all this time and didn't seek us out because we believed he had perished in the New Orleans fire.

He's also Rebekah's ex boyfriend that my brother ended up daggering her for 50 years over.

Can we not get a break over all of this nonsense and drama?

I was afraid of him, yes. More afraid than I would ever like to admit, but that fear does nothing to stop the shame of not being a better brother to you, to all of you.

I wish I could have been there to watch him burn. Being daggered, that was quite difficult. I'd like to think you enjoyed it a bit for all of us though.

Yes you are stronger, and I am glad you're whole, glad it's the final jab to Esther and Mikael. She could have stopped all of it easily, could have stopped him, but she didn't.

I would have tried to stop you, and it is quite obvious I would have failed. So how fortunate for me that you were turned into a child too.
