Absolutely NO evil.
Oh. My. Gaga. I was at the grocery store and a guy tried to flirt with me. He asked me if I liked his "fuzzy kiwis" and gestured at the ones he had in his cart while being all winky and smirky. I mean, really. Who does that? Why would anyone think that was even almost a good idea? Honestly. I would lose all faith in humanity if I saw anyone fall for that one.

I thought that was I reckon he must have only been nervous. A bloke can become intimidated every once in a while, not me; how. Some blokes do, I've noticed.

He didn't look nervous. He looked idiotic.

I've been told that one can lead to the other.

Why though? I'm not exactly all that intimidating. I just don't like when people are disgusting at me.

You're well-dressed and good-looking. That can be intimidating for certain people. However, I can understand; people who try too hard are never appealing.

Fuzzy kiwis. You have to give him points for - I'm not sure yet. I think my brains shocked that there is actually something worse than ripe cantaloupes.

I just. I can't even, Andrea. I just can't. I couldn't even say anything to that, I just walked off. I couldn't say anything. Me.

Don't think too hard about it, Kurt. That's the kind of situation that wipes out the witty repartee in us all.

At least I'm not the only one a statement like that would do that to.

One hundred percent not. Not to worry. You'll get a bit of hindsight retorts if you're ever stuck thinking back on it. Maybe. But that's the worse of it. Which isn't so bad compared to brain blanking whenever

I shouldn't be surprised. I'm sort of sure that there's a rule in bad pick ups: No matter how bad it is, there's always one out there that's worse.

It's true, but hard not to be surprised, though. Especially with that.

I wonder if that's material he worked on or if it was the moment. I can't figure what makes it worse.

It's definitely worse if he spent the time on it because then he actually thought it would work. At least if it was off the fly, he might have a chance of realizing he's probably about to say something stupid. Or I'm giving the guy too much credit, I don't know.

Point. Very good point. Giving him too much credit isn't worse than my hoping that Kurt turning that down got through his skull.

I have those from time to time. We are both hoping too much for this guy, I think.

He would have sort of been if the most stupid thing I've ever heard didn't come out of his mouth. He was in that in between state where he's not quite cute, but acceptable if there's a good personality to go with it.

I suspect the personality was not good from the bit I saw.

Because there would be no one for comparison for us to be able to truly appreciate the brilliant if there were no morons, sweetie.

Oh honey, let me tell you, I could write a book! Want to co author? Here's some of my favorites.

"Are your parents terrorists, cause baby you're the bomb!"

"You know they call me coffee, cause I grind so fine."

What happened to cute staring and gentlemanly flirting? Oh or there's always, 'here's my card'

I honestly don't have do deal with them very often, thank Gaga. Not directed at me, at least.

Why do some people think that lines like those will work though? Whatever happened to the concept of being nice to someone or being complimentary without going to the point of being disgusting?
