This is the list from what I've seen on the boards, if there are others, it would help to find a pattern. I believe Rose requested people look into that for her before she went missing. There have been no reports of missing civilians who are not displaced. Just deaths. There's a reason behind this. And undoubtedly more have gone missing that no one has mentioned so if you can, or if you know where those missing were last seen to look for clues, please list them here.

	I am fairly certain the culprit is someone who is displaced. I need to run some scenarios, get more information to narrow it down before anything is stated for certain.
