I really, really hate to ask but...do you think I could borrow $50 until my next pay check? I really want to get a camera so I can take pictures at prom tonight but I spent my whole savings on the dress. I promise I'll pay you right back next Friday when I get paid. I thought I'd have enough but I didn't expect them to be so expensive...

I'm sure. I think I kind of like the idea of having pictures, too.

...It is normal, isn't it? Assuming we can catch a break and nothing goes wrong. First normal thing I've done in awhile, too. I'm glad you're going to be there, Ariel. There's something I want to ask you and this place is too crazy too often to keep waiting. I don't think I'd want to go there with anyone else.
