Apartment filter - against bad guys.
After spending the last two days in the Medical Bay going over the resident medical records I am aware that many individuals are missing from the files. While I would very much like to close this gap, at the moment, while I realize there is a security problem (and no I don't know any spells. Sorry Buffy that isn't my forte), I have to start this process as soon as possible.

That said, I am looking for individuals who were infected during the recent Kryptonite incident who are willing to be screened for any abnormalities in their bodies and genetic structure. If you do not have a medical record, I do apologize but this will include a full examination, but it is necessary. With any luck nothing will be found, but I would rather be safe than sorry. Especially when radiation is part of the equation. I do repeat that this is voluntary, but if something is found, I fear that I will need to see any and everyone who was infected to determine if treatment is necessary.

I thank you all for your cooperation, and hope that this can be done as quickly as possible.

...well. Um... three technically. Although, truth be told, she died too. I'm afraid I'll never forgive him. I've tried. It never happened, but I've tried and I simply cannot. I know the Doctor was trying to make amends at the end, but I cannot say I'm weaping that he is gone.

You know everything? Oh... Thank you. You know how it is. Save the world. Damn the risk. And then - thank god - it never happened. Just have to keep walking...

Now where have you been?! If you know everything then... well I don't know if I told you myself but, I have to ask.

Oh no, don't make the mistake of thinking I forgive him. I don't. The things he's done, If nothing else he ran when Gallifrey needed him most. After making that choice to bring him back he repays us by running and hiding.

It did happen. Perhaps not to the memories of most but it happened, So what you did, it saved the world, and you're to be commended for it.

I know about Gallifrey, if thats what you mean. The Doctor was here a while back, we made some amends and he told me.

...there was an incident on Messaline. The Doctor... sort of had a daughter when his DNA was taken by a Progenation Machine. Unfortunately... Jenny didn't make it. He was crushed.

I remember what he said when he got his memories back... one minute he was Professor Yana. That you brought him back to fight but it went wrong...

Well.... thank you. It means a lot. Especially from someone whom was once the President of Gallifrey (its amazing what you could find in the library). More importantly someone who too travelled with the Doctor. You - of course - completely understand, I know you would have done the same thing.

I did, I made the decision and its one of many things I regret from Gallifrey, I made some hard choices, for him, for the Doctor. I just wanted us to live. You know the Daleks, you know how far they'll go. I brought him back because I believed we needed someone like him to fight the kind of War it was, its what the Council said. 'Perfect Warrior for a Time War'

President of a dead world. I wasn't even the last. Rasillion took it from me before the end, willing to do things I wasn't, he said the Doctor had made me weak. But he didn't travelling with him made me the woman I am. He gave me so much Martha.

Yes, he was. Just for a little while. No longer though

He wouldn't have. You know the Doctor... always moving on, forward. But

Hindsight is always clearer than foresight. You did what you thought was best for that time... Nothing to be done about it now. It never happened... and yet it did.

That is rubbish! Utter and complete rubbish! He gave us all so much. Let's face it. He literally gave us the universe. How many men, human or otherwise, would be willing to do that? Me, Jack, Donna, Rose - who I finally met. Sarah Jane and her son. Mrs. Tyler, Mickey Smith, you. And all the others he's touched over the years... None of us would be who we are today if it hadn't been for him. He pushes you, brings out the best in you and somehow - I wish I knew how he did this - brings out your full potential by opening your eyes... and I'm not even certain if he realizes that he does it.

Oh. Well. I suppose its a good thing that he isn't here now. He must have been going crazy with cabin fever.

Thats true. And going back I'd probably have made the same decision to release him. But I'm sorry nonetheless.

It is rubbish. But thats what Gallifrey was like. People didn't trust him,a nd they used that to get me out. But you're right. Not one of us would be who we are without him, and you're very right that he probably doesn't know.

He was. He really really was. I was always more settled than him
