With this seal, everything that's happening, nothing is certain any more. I mean, I shouldn't even be having this conversation with you right now. It's unfair, and he's too young to have to deal with it, but at least he's not alone. Everyone here can understand how he feels, at least a little.

I think the same thing. Hurry back? I don't want him to pick up on the fact that Ruby and I know something and start worrying even more.

I'm glad you are having this conversation with me. If there's one good thing that damn seal has ever done, it was definitely bringing you back. I just wish there were more good things that fell out of that thing to outweigh all the bad that keeps hitting us sometimes.

He's not alone, but it's not gonna be easy. He's still just a kid and his mom was all he had.

We're already on our way. It won't be too long before we're back.
