Stay away from the snake things. They're amphistaffs and their bite makes killik venom look like lemon juice. I'm not sure if even Cade could heal it. Do not try to fight them, especially alone. Seriously, just get people out of their way.

You still doing okay? I know it makes the most sense for us to split up on this, you handle Clark and I help my family handle Jacen, but that doesn't mean I particularly like it.

I blasted one with heat vision earlier, but I didn't know what the thing was so I wasn't exactly excited to go find out. I didn't touch it, don't worry. I've mostly been keeping civilians away from them as best as I can. Trying to get people to stay the hell inside.

Yeah. You? I'm taking care of a fire downtown, and then a robbery uptown. But yeah. I'm fine. Hey, I don't like it either sidekick, but they're probably our most powerful things to worry about save for Sam right now.

Did your heat vision do anything to it? I know there are a limited number of ways to kill them, but I am also pretty sure no one has ever tried heat vision.

Fine here too. I mean, fine in the sense that I'm not...on fire or missing any limbs. I'm about as fine with my parents getting swapped out this way as I imagine you are about Clark. What if this is permanent? I just started actually getting used to having parents at all and I don't

I don't know, I didn't really have time with the number of people ontop of the snake things I had to move out of the way to take a decent look. I think I might have hurt it though.

Keeping busy is a good thing at this point I think. It's pretty much the thing that's keeping me from wondering why I'm always disowned when stuff happens. But this is getting out of hand. Now on top of everything there's a robbery to take care of.
